The system, founded by a borne teacher about three decades back with a tiny Primary School in Peshawar, has now grown into a host of educational institutions of trust and respect in the north western region of this country. The system has grown horizontally from Peshawar to D.I Khan and vertically from school to university of national repute chartered at D. I Khan with a constituent campus at Peshawar.<br /> Institutions are not made of bricks or iron bars, they are built with vision, commitment and hard work as late Prof.Abdul Aziz Khan Niazi, the founder of the system, used to say. His unending quest to have an animated “team” makes Qurtuba different. The real asset of the University is its “team” ___ faculty, administration, and support staff. Qurtuba’s firm resolve for producing quality graduates is its distinct feature. We owe it to the founder of the University.<br /> Qurtuba issues two HEC recognized Journals __ "Dialogue" and Journal of Managerial Sciences __ is what vindicates its propensity for creating research environment. Qurtuba also excels other private sector universities of this region in producing the number of PhDs in different disciplines. These are the real contributions. But having said this, it is of course the beginning and much more has to be done. More resources, both human and financial, are being put into it for making the impact being felt around. I would like to request the faculty and management to be more vigilant and work hard for achieving the ideals, i.e. development of the country, unity and national integration. I hope the students make better use of the available facilities, so as to be able to serve this province, this country and the entire humanity on the basis of their knowledge and skills.</p> </body> </html>
